Inquiries, discovery calls and contact consent
The website introduces our website design and management, local search, SEO and advertising services. Sending an inquiry or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship, reserve project capacity, authorize spending or commit either party to paid work. We may decline an inquiry or proposed project.
Provide accurate contact information and submit information only if you are authorized to share it. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to use the business inquiry form. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive records. Initial inquiries are not a secure channel for confidential business materials, and no nondisclosure agreement is created by an inquiry.
By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting or preparing an inquiry, you ask and authorize VOHostings to respond about that inquiry and related VOHostings services by email and, if you provide a phone number, by manual phone call or text message at the contact details you supplied. This contact consent is limited to your inquiry and logically related services. It does not authorize automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, recurring promotional campaigns, or unrelated marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by telling us during a call, replying STOP to a text, replying to an email, or emailing vohostinfo@gmail.com. We will honor a clear withdrawal for the relevant channel, subject to communications required by law or necessary to complete a transaction you requested. The form explains whether it sends directly or prepares an email draft. Paid services, payments and cancellation
Paid services require a separate written agreement accepted by you and VOHostings. That agreement should define the work, deliverables, timetable, revisions, approval process, fees, payment schedule, any deposit, third-party costs, ownership and licensing, ongoing support, cancellation and any refund terms. The website does not offer checkout or establish a subscription, automatic renewal, deposit or nonrefundable payment policy.
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software and other third-party costs are included only when the written agreement says so. An inquiry does not authorize us to access your accounts, publish content or spend money on your behalf. Project-specific terms control the agreed paid work if they conflict with these website terms; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Results and third-party platforms
We do not guarantee search rankings, Google Business Profile approval or verification, advertising approval, a particular number of inquiries or sales, revenue, return on ad spend or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors including your market, competition, budget, supplied materials, customer response and third-party decisions.
Google, advertising networks, search engines, booking services and other providers operate independently. Their policies, features, prices and availability can change. Naming a platform describes the service we work with; it does not claim that VOHostings is owned, endorsed, certified or sponsored by that provider.
We are not providing legal, tax or regulatory advice through this website. Any accessibility, security or compliance obligations for a client project need to be addressed in its agreed scope and appropriate professional review.
Website content and illustrative work
The VOHostings name, supplied logo, site design, copy and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws where those protections apply. Third-party materials and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may view the site and share links for the purpose of evaluating our services. These terms do not grant permission to copy our branding, republish protected materials, impersonate us or imply our endorsement. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.
Oak & Field is a fictional business used to demonstrate how a website, local-search presence and advertising can share an identity. Its garden imagery is AI-generated. It is not an actual client, testimonial, case study or representation of results. The founder portrait and supplied VO mark are separate authentic brand assets.
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize us to use that information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. An inquiry does not grant us permission to publish your name, logo, materials or project as portfolio work.
Acceptable use and external links
Do not use the website to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious material; distribute spam; impersonate another person; interfere with the site; bypass security controls; or obtain unauthorized access to data or systems. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site.

Updates, questions and disputes
This version is dated September 14, 2026. We will identify revisions by updating the version date on this page. New terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change a signed service agreement or rights arising before the change. Where a new agreement is necessary, we will request it. We retain a copy of the terms version referenced by the inquiry form.

These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court location. Applicable law governs your rights.
