Who this policy covers

This policy describes personal information handled through the VOHostings website and the inquiries it generates. VOHostings is the business presented on this site; its contact for privacy requests is vohostinfo@gmail.com. A client project may need a separate agreement describing how client or customer data is handled.

This policy covers the site’s current inquiry and booking features. It does not describe tracking or advertising that VOHostings may separately manage for a client on that client’s website.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number and website address, selected service, message, and subsequent correspondence. If you use our form, the inquiry includes the version of the website terms and contact consent you accepted. Direct submissions also include a server-generated submission time.
  • Booking information: the contact, scheduling and other information you choose to provide through our Cal.com booking page. The booking provider may send scheduling notices and reminders associated with your booking.
  • Technical information: hosting, network and security providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or device information, timestamps, referring pages and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive records. If someone else’s information is relevant, share it only when you have authority to do so.

What happens when you inquire

When the form says Prepare email inquiry, your entered details are used in your browser to create an email draft. They are not sent to VOHostings by the form at that stage. Opening the draft passes those details to your selected email app; you must send the email yourself. Using “Copy inquiry” places the prepared text on your device’s clipboard. Your email provider’s practices apply when you use its service.

When the form says Send inquiry, submitting it sends your details to our website’s server for validation and, if accepted, to Resend for delivery to our Gmail inbox. The current site does not maintain an inquiry database. This does not mean no record exists: email content, correspondence, delivery records and provider logs may be retained by the services involved. We do not intentionally include inquiry message content in application error logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, arrange and manage discovery calls, communicate about requested services, maintain relevant business records, prevent misuse, investigate technical problems and meet applicable legal obligations. When you accept the form terms, we may respond about your inquiry by email and, if you provide a phone number, by manual call or text. You can withdraw that contact consent as described in the Terms & Conditions.

Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize automated, recurring or unrelated promotional email or SMS marketing. We do not use this website to sell personal information, run targeted advertising or share inquiry details with advertising networks for their advertising purposes.

Services that handle information

Information is handled by providers as needed for the features you use:

  • Cloudflare: intended production hosting and network/security services; when direct sending is enabled and configured with Turnstile, browser verification and server-side verification of a security token and IP address. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • Resend: direct inquiry email delivery when configured. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google/Gmail: receipt, storage and handling of emails sent to vohostinfo@gmail.com. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cal.com: the external discovery-call booking service. The website links to Cal.com rather than embedding its scheduler. See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy.
  • Your email or calendar provider: information you choose to send, save or add to your calendar using those services.

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse, or when you direct us to do so. This policy does not give us permission to sell your information.

Cookies, local storage and tracking choices

The current website does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session replay or a newsletter tracker. Its application code does not set cookies or store inquiry details in local storage. Fonts and website images are served from the site itself.

Hosting and security services may use essential cookies or similar browser mechanisms to deliver the website and detect abuse. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes browser and network signals to assess whether a submission is legitimate. External services such as Cal.com, Google and your email provider may use their own cookies when you visit or use them. Their policies explain those practices.

The site does not perform cross-site advertising tracking and does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. There is currently no sale or targeted-advertising sharing through this website for such a signal to stop. You can manage cookies in your browser; restricting necessary security functions may affect a form. If nonessential tracking is introduced, this policy and any legally required choice or consent controls must be updated before that tracking runs.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry correspondence and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or actual business relationship, maintain relevant acceptance records, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the information, the relationship and any legal requirement. Provider logs, email retention and backups may follow separate schedules. No automatic deletion period is promised by this website.

You may ask us to delete information we control using the contact below. Records may need to be retained where lawful for an ongoing matter, legal obligation or dispute. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies from provider backups.

The website uses safeguards such as validation, restricted recipient routing and server-side handling of sending credentials. No website, email system or transmission is guaranteed completely secure. Please use the inquiry form for initial business discussions rather than confidential documents or account access.

Your requests and choices

Email vohostinfo@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have supplied, or to ask about our practices. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry; do not send identity documents unless we explain why a specific verification step is necessary. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority before acting and will respond within any period required by applicable law.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict certain processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant regulator. We will consider requests under the law that applies to you. These rights may have exceptions; this policy does not limit them. You can also contact an external provider directly about records it controls.

Children and policy changes

This website offers services to adult business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied information, email us so we can investigate and address it. The inquiry form is intended for people aged 18 or older.

Last updated: September 14, 2026. We will post policy changes here with a revised date and provide additional notice or obtain permission when applicable law requires it. A policy change does not by itself authorize a materially different use of previously collected information.
